Event Cancellation Policy

In the event of a class needing to be rescheduled  Key Business Advisors Pty Ltd will offer class attendees the option of a rescheduled class or refund.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for cancellations over 30 days notice prior to an event. For cancellations between 15-30 days prior to the event, we will refund 50% of the total fee.  Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are not refundable.

Key Business Advisors Pty Ltd is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.
