Max Batham – Business Trainer and Advisor
Max has a consistent and successful history in sales, sales training, business coaching and management in Small Medium Enterprises and has many years in senior roles supporting Franchise networks in the B2B sector including in field one-on-one sales coaching.
He has worked shoulder to shoulder with new and established business owners, and assisted with their vision and goal setting, business planning, marketing, staff recruitment and staff management and provided day to day support in areas such as general business management, HR issues, budgeting, financial analysis and compliance.
He has extensive sales training experience including programme development, course delivery and follow up training within multiple business settings across Australia.
Experienced in both SME and corporate settings and comfortable presenting to senior management, Max has successfully sold B2B products and solutions to numerous organisations from SME’s to Blue Chip organisations and government departments. With an accomplished solutions and consultative approach he has won and account managed many lucrative clients across both Melbourne and Brisbane.
With sales experience ranging from retail show rooms, demonstration suites, cold calling, telesales and boardroom presentations Max brings firsthand knowledge of these sales situations along with the challenges and rewards they can provide.
Also Max understands that a training course is often just the beginning of the process of development and change, and is passionate about making sure that the skills, techniques and activities learned in the classroom get applied on the coal face where they actually make a difference.
